Engineer - OSS (MS Core and Cloud Specialist)

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

Infuse Core and Cloud domain expertise
into our Domain Support and Automated Operations team.
Aid our Automation and Analytics team
by applying Core and Cloud domain expertise to support various use cases.
Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions
, solving potential problems for automation components.
Amplify and propel recovery processes
to ensure service continuity.
Contribute to the
development, maintenance, and improvement of automated Service Delivery methodologies

Diligently perform
trend analysis
to proactively detect potential system failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair when necessary.
