Engineer Material Coordination

As a Material Management System Specialist, your role will involve various key responsibilities such as: - Generating system documents like MIN/MRN/BTN for material in the material management system. - Preparing MINs to regularize direct issue of material at the construction unit. - Identifying the material for which PR is required to be raised by the construction unit, coordinating with the material codification team for codification, raising of PRs, and coordinating with Procurement dept. and construction for technical clarifications. - Collecting and compiling a look ahead of material from various disciplines of the construction unit and forwarding the same to the respective commodity controller. - Timely reviewing look ahead projections vs. Issued Qty discipline-wise and advising construction unit and commodity controllers about deviations if any. - Assisting the construction unit by providing accurate material reconciling of the issue of material with respect to MTO. - Assisting in material reconciliation of global & MOU work orders. - Interacting with project warehouse and assisting with day-to-day material-related issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering - Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering Desirable qualification: - SAP Exposure Experience requirements are as follows: - Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering: 14-16 years of experience - Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering: 6-8 years of experience Skills & Competencies expected for this role are: - Basic understanding of construction procedures and flow process - Proficiency in Database management - Knowledge of Material management - Familiarity with MOC (Management of Change), Spaces, BOM/MTO/FMR/MIN/MRN/BTN/Constraint/Net issue/sap code/DOR&DOR.,
