Job Description

Should have experience of Maintenance of CNC,Grinding,Press ,Heat , forging We are looking for a skilled Engineer Maintenance - Plant to join our team at Varroc Engineering Limited. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the Auto Components industry, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant maintenance activities. Roles and Responsibility Oversee and coordinate all aspects of plant maintenance. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent equipment failures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proven experience in plant maintenance engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical engineering, and instrumentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
