Engineer, Lab Support

Key Responsibilities: - Patch Windows & Linux Operating Systems - Set up Remote Access for Users - Perform system software upgrades on infrastructure solutions such as Modern Networking, Modern Platforms, and CyberSecurity - Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with Vendor support when necessary - Document the lab environment, including system designs and visual diagrams - Gain expertise in multiple lab systems and handle more complex tasks over time, focusing on capacity and performance optimization - Assist in planning and executing system upgrades - Work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing strong interpersonal skills - Produce and update design, installation, and configuration documentation for supported systems - Manage user account creation and termination - Engage with internal and external customers effectively Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of IT experience with system administration or lab buildouts - Experience with Networking products, such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Arista - Ability to support and troubleshoot issues in a lab network - Proficiency in documenting and editing processes and procedures - Familiarity with Linux or Windows system administration Company Details: Presidio is a global digital services and solutions provider dedicated to accelerating business transformation through secure technology modernization.
