Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Note: Only candidates with experience in Industrial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning should apply. Preference will be given to those working in Refrigeration Systems Design, R&D, or Services." Job Description: 1. Design and modeling of refrigeration systems for (-) 40C, (-) 80C, (-) 90C & (-) 120C Chillers. 2. Drafting of refrigeration P&ID using AutoCAD or 4M CAD. 3. Modeling of refrigeration systems in 3D using Solid works. 4. Design and selection of refrigeration components like compressor, Evaporator, Condenser and Expansion valve. 5. Selection of Oil separator, Liquid receiver, filters drier, accumulator and piping. 6. Preparation of details BOM with specifications and makes. 7. Performing in house inspection(verification of pipe routing and leak testing) of build refrigeration systems 8. Carry out design calculations for heat exchangers and refrigeration components. 9. Support in design documentation & artifact presentation as per design process. 10. Continuously learns and grow technical depth knowledge across refrigeration and thermal designs. Essential Skills: 1. Should be technically sound with basic understanding on the vapour compression cycle fundamentals. 2. Should have clear understanding on heat and mass transfer concepts. 3. Knowledge on basic manufacturing processes like copper pipe Cutting, Bending, Flaring, piping and brazing. 4. Good knowledge on compressor and evaporator selection software 5. Knowledge on different type of refrigerants. 6. Knowledge on Solid works (3D Geometric Modeling, Assembly and drawings) and Auto CAD 7. Knowledge on MS office. 8. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 9. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. 10. Working Experience in Refrigeration/ HVAC in manufacturing industry is Mandatory Desired Skills: 1. Knowledge on different type of compressors and Heat Exchangers. 2.
