Debug and fix complex bugs.

Independently build new code, suggest architectures for moderately complex solutions

Very good understanding of .net and C#

Apply SOLID principles and software design patterns such as Dependency Injection

Write reliable unit tests either in TDD or post-implementation to 80% of code coverage

Encourage, mentor, and build the skills of other developers on the team

Diagnose any Third Line support enquiry

Understand and resolve the root cause of support issues to prevent reoccurrence

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development.
