You will be responsible for conducting manual testing, verification, validation, and automation using UFT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, a keen eye for detail, and experience with UFT automation tools.

What will you do

  • Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and validate software functionality.
  • Integrate automated test scripts into the testing framework and execute them as part of the testing process.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and report defects in a clear and timely manner.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and ensure the integrity of the software.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide input on testing activities and contribute in to process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements Or Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing, verification, and validation.
  • Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in UFT for test script development and execution.
  • Exposure to ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 standards for medical device development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven track record to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
