Role Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated Engineering graduates to join our global software engineering teams. In this role, you will contribute to building and running automated tests for high-impact software in a modern CI/CD setup. You ll learn from mentors, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work in an Agile environment, building software solutions that power scientific breakthroughs. You will begin your career in a collaborative environment that values learning, mentorship, and innovation while giving you exposure to latest technologies and complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, and maintain resilient automated tests from acceptance criteria.
Execute test suites, analyse results, and file/track defects.
Contribute to test frameworks/utilities (e.g., Playwright/Test complete, TestNG, Rest-Assured, K6/Locust).
Participate in scrums, reviews, and retros, surface risks early.
Learn the product s technical architecture, design principles, and specifications.
Continuously grow expertise in testing tools, best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.

What We Look For

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, C++, C#, or Python.
Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI will be an added advantage.
Exposure to software development life cycle, Git/version control, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, purposeful environment.
