Roles And Responsibilities : 1. Improve the productivity of all machines by optimizing fixtures design. 2. Design fixtures for all lines and troubleshoot issues as needed. 3. Ensure timely calibration of all fixtures and readiness for audits. 4. Manage jigs and fixtures inventory stock levels efficiently. 5. Able to efficiently interpret fixture DWG. 6. Basic knowledge in Inventor & Creo to design fixture.
Competence Required (Technical & Behavioral):
1. Good knowledge in Jigs and fixtures. 2. Good in tooling and fixture troubleshooting. 3. Knowledge of utilising process optimization. 4. Maintenance of inventories. 5. Auditing in IATF. 6. IT Literacy - MS Office, MS Presentation
7. Basic knowledge in AutoCAD / Autodesk Inventor / Creo
Minimum Job Requirements : Educational Qualification (Regular): Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering Experience: Diploma with 3 to 5 years of experience and graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience Industry Exposure: Machining Background / Automotive Industry
