Engineer

• Shop Floor Management, Oversee daily shift production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with production schedules.
• Manpower Planning.
• To maintain a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees Improvement in FTF (First Test Failure) at different stages of production
• To collect and analyze rejection data.
• Training of New Operator.
• Skill Matrix Preparation For Operator.
• To keep inventory control in the shop floor.
• Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times.
• Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the KPIs are monitored and targets achieved.
• Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.
• Ensure safe working practices are maintained and 'Standard Operations' adheranace.
• Motivate the team to create a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced.
• Coordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications
• Communicate with the teams by utilizing visual management, delivering shift briefs with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement

Education Qualification:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Manufacturing Processes

  : Deep understanding of production workflows, machinery, and materials used as per standard and BOM.

• Lean manufacturing

  : Knowledge of Lean principles, such as Kaizen, 5S, and Just-In-Time (JIT), helps identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

• Problem-Solving

  : Quick decision-making under pressure, especially during equipment failures or production delays.

• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  : Hands-on experience with machinery, production lines, and automation systems. Ability to diagnose and identify root causes to resolve mechanical or electrical issues.

• Safety & Compliance

  : Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA), and environmental guidelines.
