Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, modify, and optimize components.
Perform static, modal, harmonic response and thermal analyses.
Develop and document FEA methods and reports.
Conduct rotor dynamics analysis and rotor balancing calculations.
Develop and manage rotor balancing processes.
Create 3D and 2D CAD models, including assembly models.
Generate 2D drawings and perform tolerance stack-up.
Create design and product manuals, and prepare presentations and SOPs as per aerospace standards.
Generate and manage Bills of Material (BOM).
Oversee NPD balancing and assembly.
Participate in product performance testing.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in component design and optimization.
Proficiency in static, modal, harmonic response and thermal analyses.
Knowledge of rotor dynamics and rotor balancing.
Skilled in 3D and 2D CAD modelling.
Ability to generate detailed drawings and technical documentation.
Familiarity with aerospace standards for documentation.
Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM).
Involvement in product performance testing.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
