Breakdown analysis for components (Electrical and Electronics) Conducting training on electrical and electronics for service technicians. Quality check of finished goods on electrical electronics part of equipment. Conducting finished product testing. Assistance in setup and operation of testing facility. Preparation of Bill of Materials for electronics and electrical parts. Travelling to customer sites (Within India/ abroad) out of Pune/Navi Mumbai/Mumbai/Maharashtra or to branch offices as required for technical assistance or if required out of India. Support equipment commissioning on site. Support on site load testing, IST, etc. Actively involved in site acceptance testing procedure at site in with approved SOO and technical approved submittal of equipment. Actively involved in factory witness testing procedure at factory in line with approved SOO technical approved submittal. Part of review meeting for service related issues on controls and electrical part along with customer project team. Should be able to guide site team for trouble shooting of controls part/ software part/ electrical part.
