What you will accomplish together with us: First response for the customer notification Awareness on 8D & hands on experience on preparing 8D RCA & CAPA for notifications Effectiveness monitoring QN notification creation in SAP Continuous improvement project initiatives What will convince us : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering 2-4 years' experience in QA ideally within the biomedical or pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of Quality systems Handle customer complaints with effective CAPA system Good Technical Engineering knowledge, including ability to understand engineering drawing and standards Ability to develop realistic work plans, set personal goals that align with company goals Ability to prioritize and manage daily assignments Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all in and external interfaces
