Designation: Engineer

Location: HTC Chakan

Work Experience: 2-3 Years

Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Engineering with a minimum of First Class (60% or equivalent). A strong academic track record and excellent communication skills are essential.

Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description & ready to relocate PAN India as and when needed by management.

• Testing knowledge of EV- Powertrains, E-Motor, Driveline components, Calibration & development
• Knowledge of HORIBA STARS Automation System for testing and validation of drivetrain components
• Knowledge of handling testing equipment’s: Dynos, Controllers, Torque flange, data logger etc.
• Support for Vehicle Simulation on powertrain test bench, Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet etc.), Data Analysis tool etc.
• Test specimen/Test data compilation for test report and database preparation.
• Design of fixtures and their drawing preparation using CAD software- preferred CREO.

Experience / Skills:

• Knowledge of HIL, MIL, advance vehicle powertrain testing, MATLAB etc.
• Independently can perform measurement, set-up, testing and analysis as per Transmission project requirement.
• Interpersonal skills, sensible & assertive work style with international cross functional & cross-cultural teams
