Engg Lead

Required Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. Proven expertise in C# (.NET Core) and Python for backend services. Strong knowledge of mobile development native (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter). Solid understanding of cloud services and architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with system design, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture). Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and backend integration. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Blazor) is a plus. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps principles. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions. Strong communication and leadership skills.
