Energy Specialist

As an Energy Specialist at The Watt Company, you will be responsible for promoting turnkey solar energy and battery storage solutions to potential commercial and industrial clients. Your role will involve conducting field visits, understanding customer requirements, performing site analysis, coordinating with the design team, and maintaining detailed client records. Additionally, you will be expected to build strong client relationships, represent the brand professionally, and participate in local exhibitions and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits to meet potential commercial and industrial clients - Understand customer requirements and explain solar solutions effectively - Perform basic site analysis for solar feasibility - Coordinate with the design and technical team to prepare proposals - Assist in preparing and collecting documents for proposals, subsidy, and net metering applications - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM regularly - Build strong client relationships and support follow-ups for closure - Represent the brand professionally in local exhibitions and campaigns Requirements: - Candidates currently residing in COIMBATORE location only preferred - 3 years experience in field sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or infrastructure domains - Candidates from Oyo, Makemytrip, Zolo, Stanza, Practo preferable - Basic understanding of solar systems and components is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil & English) - Willingness to travel within and around Coimbatore - Ability to manage time independently and handle client meetings professionally In addition to a competitive salary with performance incentives, The Watt Company offers a fast-growing environment with strong career progression opportunities.,
