This role requires hands-on experience in commercial vehicles (trucks/buses), RTO-related processes, and strong customer-facing skills to ensure smooth delivery and compliance for Heavy Commercial Electric Vehicles (HCVs). Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers from order confirmation to vehicle delivery. Handle customer documentation including verification and processing of quotations, purchase orders, and compliance paperwork. Prepare and manage Form 20/21/22 for RTO applications. As Deputy Manager Sourcing & Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading and driving strategic sourcing initiatives for various components, with a strong focus on cost optimization, supplier development, and procurement strategy for sheet metal, casting, forging and non-metal parts. Role & responsibilities Lead product and part costing activities to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effectiveness. Strategically identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on capability, quality and cost parameters. Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing and quality for seamless part development. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements with vendors. Track market trends and commodity prices to inform sourcing decisions. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery and contractual commitments.
