Energy Audit Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all AMR, EA & RAPDRP projects. This includes coordinating comprehensive energy audit plans across consumer segments, participating in review meetings, and engaging with end customers to understand feedback and ensure implementation. Additionally, you will coordinate field audits using smart metering data to identify technical and non-technical losses, troubleshoot and escalate any open issues for timely project delivery, and analyze smart meter data to prepare detailed technical audit reports for DISCOMs, utilities, and internal stakeholders. You will also be tasked with identifying abnormal consumption patterns, managing the EA team, providing technical guidance, enabling efficient customer interaction, and suggesting energy conservation measures along with ROI-based implementation plans. Moreover, you will work with stakeholders to leverage smart meter platforms and coordinate with billing and operations to implement audit findings. Your role will also involve ensuring audits comply with national/state energy audit regulations, coordinating special projects, supporting the marketing team, and driving process improvements to reduce project costs.
