About the mission we offer you:

This position is about providing Level 2 support for endpoint management, with tools like Intune and SCCM among others, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying and managing operating systems, configurations and applications, ensuring endpoint security through compliance with company standards, patching and other measures.

The scope includes but is not limited to all end points of Technip Energies. Intune/Azure and SCCM tenant and clients. The main focus of this person will be to take care of the BAU incident related to the workplace and endpoints with 90% dedication. The rest of the time will collaborate with his peers on different transformation projects.

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

1. Technical knowledge solving Endpoints issues and incidents. (Windows, IOS, Android)
2. Technical knowledge and experience administering Intune in terms of device management and configurations / security policies / compliance policies / autopilot.
3. Technical knowledge in SCCM. OS Deployment, Software deployment and reporting through SCCM.
4. Working with Service now (or similar) and Change Management process.
5. Technical knowledge in the administration of AD Users and Computers and the configuration of GPOs.
6. Experience in developing, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages to all corporate users including non-Microsoft applications.
7. Experience in deployment of Operating System Security Patches and version upgrades using Intune
8. Experience in building Microsoft Windows OS images for overall company deployment.
9. Experience in hardware drivers as part of Windows Image packaging and deployment
10. Experience managing Hybrid environment (On-prem + Entra ID joined devices)
11. Nice to have knowledge regarding VDI management.
