- Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with 3 5 years of relevant experience in Windows administration and the technologies listed below.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SQL query writing.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, with familiarity in core concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, including hands-on experience with routers, VLAN configuration, and VPN setup and support.
- Advanced expertise in Windows registry analysis and component-based troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex OS and endpoint issues.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- At least foundational knowledge of Power Tools and Nexthink for endpoint analytics, monitoring, and remediation within Agile team environments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks.
- Experience with Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) for centralized policy configuration and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management in hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) for user, group, and policy administration.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced, component-based troubleshooting for Windows OS, including registry-level diagnostics, system performance analysis, and resolution of complex endpoint issues.
Manage and administer core infrastructure components: GPMC, DHCP, DNS, Azure Active Directory (AAD or Entra ID), Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
Provide expert support for LAN/WAN environments, including routers, switches, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks.
Write and optimize SQL queries for system reporting and data analysis.
Monitor endpoint health, remediate configuration and performance issues, and proactively address potential risks.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and secure IT solutions.
Oversee endpoint onboarding, configuration, deployments, updates, and compliance to ensure system reliability and security.
