Enclosure Design Engineer

This opening is for South Korea location

Multi Inc. is seeking a skilled Transformer & Enclosure Design Engineer (Electrical and/or Mechanical) with practical experience in transformer manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of transformer systems and enclosures, collaborating closely with R&D and production teams to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance. This role supports product innovation, performance optimization, and advanced engineering processes in line with international standards.

Roles and responsibilities

• Design of transformer core systems, including winding, insulation, and electrical components
• Electrical layout optimization for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Application of new technologies for next-generation transformer development
• Conduct electrical simulations, stress tests, and design validation
• Ensure compliance with international electrical standards and regulations
• Structural and enclosure design of transformers
• Ensure safety standard compliance and mechanical durability
• Optimize product reliability through CAD, simulation, and material analysis
• Collaborate with R&D and production for manufacturability and performance
• Support new product design and implementation processes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in transformer design or transformer manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in either

  Chinese

  or

  English

• Experience in design verification and international compliance
• Familiarity with simulation tools and electrical/mechanical CAD systems
• Practical experience with transformer product lifecycle and manufacturing
