Role & responsibilities - Industrial Relations (IR): Develop and maintain positive relations with employees, unions, and labor authorities. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Dispute Resolution: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes effectively. Negotiations & Settlements: Engage in discussions with unions and stakeholders to manage agreements. Regulatory Compliance: Keep up-to-date with government policies affecting labor laws and HR practices. HR Operations: Oversee HR policies related to employee engagement, workforce management, and compliance. Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with legal teams, government authorities, and internal departments. Preferred candidate profile - LLB qualification is mandatory, MBA in HR is preferred. Experience in handling legal cases related to labor laws. Strong background in compliance, workforce policies, and industrial relations.
