Planning and executing job fairs, employer networking events, and recruitment boot camps are also part of your duties. As a Placement Coordinator, tracking placement metrics and compiling reports on placement outcomes will be important. Staying informed on industry trends and evolving job market demands is necessary to provide valuable insights to students and employers. Acting as a liaison between students, alumni, employers, and internal teams is crucial for effective communication and collaboration.
