Roles and Responsibilities : Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new employees. Conduct employee screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations to ensure the best fit for the company. Manage joining formalities and offer generation for newly hired candidates. Schedule interviews with potential candidates and coordinate logistics as needed. Job Requirements : 0-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related field. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination and negotiation.
