Responsibilities Provide L1 support for all disk storage related issues across the enterprise Respond to and assist in production operations in a 24/7 environment Provide support to and coordinate with internal users, operations staff, and vendor resources for root cause analysis Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support based on escalations Provide technical analysis, resolve problems, and propose solutions Participate as a resource for project driven initiatives Identification and automation of manual tasks using scripting and application development Knowledge and Experience Mid-level experience with a variety of disk storage subsystems and SAN switches including Hitachi, Nimble, NetApp, Qumulo and Brocade.
