Are you an experienced embryologist seeking a leadership role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Embryologist at Patteds Fertility & Research Centre in Belagavi, Karnataka. As a Senior Embryologist, you will be responsible for independently managing and operating our IVF lab, showcasing your technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence in assisted reproductive technology. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IVF lab, conducting essential embryology procedures such as ICSI, IVF, vitrification, embryo biopsy, and transfers. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and compliance with ART guidelines. Effective communication with clinicians and patients, leading documentation and accreditation processes, as well as training junior staff will be vital aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in human embryology. Proficiency in ICSI, vitrification, biopsy, and blastocyst culture, coupled with strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities are essential. Familiarity with ART guidelines from ICMR, ESHRE, or ASRM is also required.
