Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor embroidery machines (single & multi-head)
Set up machines with correct threads, needles, hoops, and backing materials
Load embroidery files and ensure correct placement on garments/products
Conduct test runs to check design accuracy before bulk production
Inspect finished products for quality, thread breakage, alignment, and finishing
Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, needle changes)
Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime
Coordinate with the design team for file adjustments when required
Maintain daily production records and report to the supervisor
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:Experience in embroidery file making / digitizing software
Understanding of stitch types, density, and fabric compatibility
Knowledge of different threads, backing materials, colours, needles, and stabilizers
Ability to read and interpret design mock-ups
Qualifications:Minimum 6-8 experience in embroidery machine operation
High school/diploma/ITI in textiles, fashion, or related field preferred
Knowledge of embroidery software (added advantage)
Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work under deadlines
Team player with good communication
Problem-solving attitude
