Job Title: Embroidery Artwork Designer

• Create innovative embroidery artwork and motifs for womens, and childrens apparel based on seasonal trends and buyer requirements.
• Develop computerised embroidery designs using software such as Wilcom / Corel DRAW / Adobe Illustrator (or similar).
• Prepare stitch files and colourway layouts for production.
• Coordinate with the sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution of embroidery.
• Research market trends, textures, and thread techniques to propose new design ideas.
• Maintain an organized digital library of designs, samples, and approvals.
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in embroidery artwork/designing for apparel (export house experience preferred).
• Proficiency in embroidery design software (Wilcom, Corel DRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong sense of colour, texture, and trend awareness.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
