Job Title: Embroidery Artwork Designer Department: Designing Location: Gurgaon Reports To: Designing Head About SAN International SAN International is a leading garment manufacturer supplying high-quality ready-made garments to international clients. Key Responsibilities Create innovative embroidery artwork and motifs for womens, and childrens apparel based on seasonal trends and buyer requirements. Develop computerised embroidery designs using software such as Wilcom / Corel DRAW / Adobe Illustrator (or similar). Prepare stitch files and colourway layouts for production. Coordinate with the sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution of embroidery. Research market trends, textures, and thread techniques to propose new design ideas. Maintain an organized digital library of designs, samples, and approvals. Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. 25 years of experience in embroidery artwork/designing for apparel (export house experience preferred). Proficiency in embroidery design software (Wilcom, Corel DRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong sense of colour, texture, and trend awareness. Good communication and time-management skills. Preferred Attributes Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with sampling and production teams. Understanding of fabric behaviour and embroidery techniques.
