Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field. 25 years of experience in embroidery artwork/designing for apparel (export house experience preferred). Proficiency in embroidery design software (Wilcom, Corel DRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong sense of colour, texture, and trend awareness. Good communication and time-management skills. Job Title: WFX (ERP) Operator Department: Merchandising Location: Gurgaon Reports To: ERP Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive WFX (ERP) Operator to support the Merchandising Department by ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, system management, troubleshooting, and supporting cross-functional teams in effectively using the WFX platform to streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the WFX (ERP) system for day-to-day business operations. Create and generate essential ERP data including Tech Packs, Style Masters, Buyer Orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), Indents, Costing Sheets , and other merchandising-related entries. Upload and manage product specifications, BOMs, T&As, approvals, and related documents in the ERP system. Generate regular reports such as order status , material consumption , sampling progress , costing summaries , and other business-required MIS outputs. Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and other relevant teams to gather, validate, and update input data. Ensure clarity and accuracy of information before entering it into the system. Troubleshoot basic ERP issues and escalate technical problems to the IT department Monitor and ensure adherence to ERP-related workflows and SOPs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in ERP operation; prior experience with WFX ERP is highly preferred . Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing and merchandising workflows (preferred). Proficient in MS Excel and basic data management. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in WFX ERP or prior experience with any garment/apparel ERP software. Understanding of merchandising processes such as sampling, order management, BOM creation, and costing. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of garment manufacturing, garment costing, or supply chain and production processes. Ability to generate customized reports from WFX. Salary: 2.4 to 3.6 Lac per Annam Experience: 1 to 5 years
