As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our Telecom Competence Centre in Bengaluru, India. This initiative presents exceptional opportunities for skilled IT professionals to work on international projects and gain deep insights into large-scale, complex software systems. **Role Overview:** You will be working as an Embedded System Engineer specializing in C/C++ for 5G RAN components in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining algorithms related to data processing, scheduling embedded software, and assisting in systemization, design, debugging, and testing of RAN features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards. Additionally, you will document software design and implementation details and receive training to enhance your skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, optimize, and maintain algorithms for data processing in RAN components using C/C++. - Assist in systemization, design, debugging, and testing of RAN features. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align feature development with project goals. - Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards. - Document software design, architecture, and implementation details. **Qualifications:** - B.E./B.S./B.Tech./M.S./M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Electronics/Computer Science or related branches. - Strong academic background with excellent oral and written communication skills. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in C and C++ for embedded or real-time systems development. - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. - Solid understanding of multi-threading, synchronization, and memory management. - Familiarity with test methodologies, tools, and simulators. - Proficient in version control tools like Git, Gerrit, and Jira. - Experience with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker. - Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies. - Self-driven and proactive with excellent communication and documentation skills. - Proficient in English. *Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.*,
