Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) process.

If you have 1+ year of BPO experience, especially in banking or financial services, and are looking for a stable day shift job in Mumbai, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve banking/financial queries efficiently
• Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to SLAs
• Log and escalate customer concerns appropriately

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in BFSI domain
• Graduation is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Willing to work from the Chandivali office
• Comfortable with rotational weekly offs

Shift Details:

• Day Shift
• 2 Rotational Offs per week
• Work from Office only

Salary:

₹25,000 to ₹27,800 (in hand, based on experience)
