Customer Service Executive (Email Process)

About the Role
We’re hiring for the Email Support Process.Candidates must have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through email

Eligibility

  • Education: HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Strong English & Hindi communication + good typing speed
  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Shift Timings (9 Hours)

Email Support:

  • Male – 24/7 Rotational (9-hour shifts)
  • Female – 8 AM – 5 PM / 11 AM – 8 PM (9-hour shifts)

Salary

  • Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC / ₹21,000 In-Hand
  • Experienced: ₹28,500 CTC / ₹25,000 In-Hand

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
