Role Description

1.

Objective

To develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and social media strategiesthat enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation for all events, promotions, and agency initiatives.2.

Key Responsibilities

A. Email Marketing* Develop and execute end-to-end email campaigns for upcoming events, newsletters,and announcements.* Create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals alignedwith brand tone and event goals.* Manage and segment email databases to target specific audiences effectively.* Design and schedule email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.* Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) andprovide actionable insights.* Ensure all campaigns comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations.* Coordinate with event and design teams to ensure timely delivery of email materialsand updates.B.

Social Media Manageme

nt* Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X,YouTube, etc.) for ongoing and upcoming events.* Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the agency's marketing strategy andevent calendar.* Collaborate with design and event teams to generate creative, engaging content(images, reels, videos, testimonials, etc.).* Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly.* Track performance analytics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and suggestimprovements.* Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates relevant to eventsand experiential marketing.C.

Event-Specific Promotions

* Drive pre-event buzz through targeted campaigns on email and social platforms.* Support live event coverage through real-time posts, stories, and updates.* Manage post-event content rollouts, including highlights, thank-you posts, and recapcampaigns.D.

Reporting & Strategy

* Maintain a monthly performance report covering both email and social metrics.* Provide insights and recommendations to improve audience engagement andcampaign ROI.* Contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and audience engagementstrategies.3.

Deliverables

* Monthly content and email calendar.* Minimum of [X] email campaigns per event/month.* Weekly social media content plan and posting schedule.* Monthly analytics report and performance summary.4.

Skills & Tools

* Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue).*

Candidate should have min experience of 3-7 years.* Salary range is between 25k to 35kpm.

* candidates should be travel to Chembur (Mumbai)* Strong command over social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite,Hootsuite, Buffer).* Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.* Data-driven approach with ability to interpret insights and trends.5.
