We are currently looking for a creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our email marketing strategy to engage and nurture our user base, including students, educators, and administrators. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing email marketing campaigns to support various initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives, creating dynamic and personalized email content, implementing segmentation strategies, conducting A/B testing, staying informed about industry trends, and maintaining the email marketing calendar. This position is remote and based in Kolkata, with an experience requirement of 1-2 years. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing skills, communication skills (both written and verbal), a keen eye for detail, and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is preferred.
