Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Deliverability Engineer to join our warmup team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring email deliverability, coordinating warmup processes, and maintaining smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor email warmup activities to ensure inbox placement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and escalate when required.
• Maintain daily/weekly deliverability performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance email performance.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in email deliverability, email marketing operations, or client coordination.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Male candidates only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
