Role Overview: As a Medical Coder, your primary role involves analyzing medical records and documentation to identify services provided during patient evaluations and management. You will be responsible for assigning appropriate E&M codes based on the level of service rendered and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and regulations. It is essential to stay updated with relevant coding guidelines and collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain necessary information for coding purposes.
