EM Assurance staff

As an EY Assurance Staff in Experience Management, you will be responsible for ensuring effective resource scheduling using scheduling tools and adhering to resource management guidelines and protocols. Timely updating of resource schedules on scheduling tools (ARMS/Retain), reviewing and resolving scheduling conflicts, proactive monitoring of resource availability and requirements, managing mailbox and fulfilling scheduling requests within defined TAT, optimizing resource utilization through effective schedule management, and basic reporting and analysis are key responsibilities in this role.
