Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ELV Designer / Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and documentation of ELV system projects. The role involves coordinating with site teams, preparing technical documents, and ensuring smooth project execution as per design and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ELV projects and act as a Project Coordinator between design, site, and client teams
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on project requirements and drawings
• Regular follow-up with site engineers and supervisors to track project progress
• Handle project documentation, including drawings, approvals, and records
• Prepare layout drawings for ELV systems using AutoCAD / Revit
• Identify and share any design or site deviations with clients and internal teams
• Support planning, execution, and closure of projects within timelines

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Data & Networking)
• Experience in BOQ preparation and project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage documentation and follow up effectively
