Job Title: ELV Commissioning Engineer Location: Thanjavur, India (Onsite) Experience: 7-10 years Salary Range: 50,000 70,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Yakkaservices is looking for an experienced ELV Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Thanjavur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Building Management Systems (BMS). This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and BMS. Perform system integration, configuration, and programming for ELV equipment. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to ELV systems. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities. Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Prepare and maintain testing and commissioning reports, documentation, and as-built drawings. Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users. Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices during installation and commissioning. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in ELV commissioning, preferably in ICT/ELV/BMS/FAS domains. Strong knowledge of ELV systems, their configurations, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience in networking and system integration for ELV solutions Proficiency in using testing and commissioning tools for ELV equipment. Understanding of international ELV standards and regulation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
