Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive Industry: Industrial Machinery / Equipment Manufacturing Location: Ghaziabad, India Experience: 01 – 05 Years (Industrial / Capital Equipment Sector Preferred) Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or MBA in Marketing / Sales Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating pre- and post-sales activities for industrial machinery and automation systems. Key Responsibilities · Lead Generation & Business Development o Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial machinery sector. o Generate leads through online research, industry exhibitions, and customer references. o Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and techno-commercial proposals. · Sales Coordination o Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams for order execution and delivery schedules. o Track sales orders and ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments. o Maintain updated records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments. · Customer Relationship Management o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. o Handle customer queries, technical clarifications, and feedback effectively. o Support after-sales and service teams in resolving client issues. · Marketing & Reporting o Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts. o Contribute to branding and promotional material preparation (catalogues, presentations, etc.). Key Skills & Requirements · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Sound understanding of industrial equipment / machinery / automation systems . · Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach. · Willingness to travel for client meetings or exhibitions when required. Preferred Background · Prior experience in capital equipment, fabrication machinery, process automation, or engineering product sales . · Technical aptitude to understand machine specifications and client requirements.
