Role Objective - We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong UI/UX skills to design engaging and user-centric websites and applications. You will be responsible for creating in creating intuitive interfaces, enhancing user experience, and ensuring design consistency across platforms. Key Deliverables - Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with brand guidelines. Conduct user research, create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to deliver high-quality products. Ensure responsive and adaptive design principles across all screen sizes. Continuously improve design based on user feedback and analytics. Maintain and update design systems and documentation. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus). Experience with usability testing and user research methods. Good communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a bonus
