As a Quality Inspector at Deltron in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, documenting inspection results, and collaborating with relevant departments for corrective actions. Additionally, you will assist in the development and maintenance of quality inspection processes, review production procedures for compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and support continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent with additional certification in quality control being advantageous. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment is required. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards such as ISO and Six Sigma is essential. Proficiency in using measurement tools, inspection equipment, and testing devices, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, is necessary. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are key attributes for success in this position. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Regular participation in training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry standards is expected. The ideal candidate will possess attributes such as attention to detail, precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
