Electronics Installation and Service Technician

Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of electronic equipment at customer sites.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions adhering to safety guidelines.

· Document service activities comprehensively, including problem diagnosis and actions taken.

· Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical matters clearly and professionally.

· Collaborate with teams to contribute to product improvement discussions and gather customer feedback.

Requirements:

· Diploma or ITI in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.

· valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

· Proficient in electronic circuitry, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical problems.

· Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric problem-solving approach
