1.1. Reporting to
• The employee will be part of the Magarpatta R&D and Engineering organisation inDanfoss India Innovation Center, and will report to Manager CCS, Pune1.2. Areas of Responsibilities
The Electrical/Electronic Engineer is responsible for Improving, and supportingexisting product designs, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring productfunctionality meets current standards. The role requires expertise in solving complexengineering problems, product validation, and providing technical support to cross-functional teams1.3. Key tasks
1) Hands on experience in Product Maintenance and Improvement (PMI) activities.2) Analyse, and optimize PCB’s, circuit architectures and embedded systems alongwith Microprocessor and Microcontroller circuitry.3) Support validation and verification testing, including EMI/EMC, thermal, andenvironmental testing as and when needed.4) Support resolving functional, application, and production issues while driving costoptimization and obsolescence management.5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamlessexecution of product improvements.1.4. Required Skills
• Through understanding on PCB engineering, Component engineering, EMI/EMCtesting and circuit simulation• Should have hands on experience on hardware architecture design, feature &performance specifications, 16/32-bit Microcontrollers based designs• Should have hands on experience in Linear, SMPS, signal conditioning and drivercircuit design & testing.• Good working experience on analog and digital hardware design, circuit simulationsusing PSpice & LTspice tools.• Should be able to analyse the analog & digital Circuits for Functional, performingFMEA’s, Stress, Derating, Worst-case & Tolerance analysis• Read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PCB layout anddrawings. • Extensive experience of full Hardware development life cycle including requirementsmanagement, design, development, verification & validation, qualification &certification testing.• Hands on experience in writing detailed test plan/procedures, Qualification testprocedures.• Experience with PLM tool like Teamcenter and PCB Design tools like AltiumDesigner and NX.• Utilize basic knowledge of the following equipment: digital multimeters,oscilloscopes, PC data acquisition hardware, inspection equipment, signalgenerators, power supplies, RF equipment and current probes• Knowledge of ATEX, EC, CISPR, ISO, SAE standards.• Knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design & EMI/EMC.1.6. • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / ElectricalEngineering.2.2. Minimum requirements to working experience
