Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic systems and equipment.
Work with PLC systems and automation setups, including programming, testing, and fault diagnosis.
Support production/automation processes and ensure smooth operation of electronic components.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement automation projects.
Handle and guide a small team to execute daily tasks efficiently.
Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance with company standards.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives in electronics and automation.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of electronic components and circuits.
Good working knowledge of
PLC, automation systems
, and industrial control equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Team-handling skills and leadership qualities.
Problem-solving ability with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Preferences:

Candidates staying
near Saswad
will be given priority.
Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing plants is an added advantage.
