The culture in Risk Management and Compliance encourages thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and striving for excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review applicable communications surveillance alerts and communications subject to first-level review to identify unusual activity and potential compliance issues. - Collaborate with business and compliance stakeholders to detect potential market misconduct and escalate compliance issues. - Conduct alert-based reviews to identify potential violations of laws, rules, and regulations. - Handle multiple reports and engage in result-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Identify areas for process improvement and contribute towards enhancing efficiency. - Highlight key issues, risks, trends, and observations to management and key stakeholders. - Demonstrate a proactive approach, taking ownership and accountability in addressing existing issues and cases. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum 5 years of overall experience in E-Communication/trade surveillance. - Product experience with financial products (equities, futures, fixed income) and/or information barriers/asset management. - Understanding of markets and potential market manipulative behavior with the ability to conduct reviews in compliance with regional rules and regulations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility and adaptability to dynamically changing work processes and environment. - High level attention to detail and capability to execute relatively complex tasks and analysis. - Experience with Smarsh Connected Archive, NICE VOISS, or similar surveillance systems is a plus.,
