Electrician

Electrical Maintenance & Repairs:

• Be available for on-call support in case of urgent electrical failures or emergency repairs, especially during business hours and events.
• Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs on all electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and distribution boards.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all critical areas of the showroom.

Lighting & Display Illumination:

• Install, maintain, and optimize lighting fixtures to ensure jewellery displays are well-lit and visually appealing.
• Replace faulty bulbs, LED strips, spotlights, or display lights promptly to maintain showroom standards.

UPS & Power Backup Systems:

• Monitor and maintain UPS systems, inverters, and power backup equipment to ensure continuity during power outages.
• Conduct regular testing and battery checks to prevent unexpected failures.

Installation of Electrical Equipment:

• Install electrical components like fans, ACs, power sockets, CCTV cameras, and other showroom equipment as per safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for new electrical setups during expansions or refurbishments.

CCTV, Security & Alarm Systems Support:

• Assist in the wiring and power support for surveillance cameras, alarm systems, access control units, and biometric systems.
• Ensure these systems have consistent and protected electrical connections.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow all electrical safety protocols to prevent hazards such as short circuits, overloads, or fire risks.
• Regularly inspect electrical panels, grounding systems, and cables for wear and tear or damage.

Coordination with IT & Facility Teams:

• Collaborate with the IT and facility management teams for installation or troubleshooting of electrically powered systems and devices.
• Support in setting up temporary power or additional lighting during showroom events or exhibitions.

Inventory & Tools Management:

• Maintain records of electrical tools, consumables, and spares.
• Raise requests for replacements or additional tools as needed.

Event & Festival Readiness:

• Ensure all decorative lighting, signage, and event-related electrical setups are properly installed, tested, and safe during special showroom promotions or festive seasons.

Emergency Support:

• Be available for on-call support in case of urgent electrical failures or emergency repairs, especially during business hours and events.
