Install, maintain and service electrical, networking, security, lift, wiring, lighting and air conditioning equipment
2. SOPs - Maintain fault logs, service logs, schedule maintenance on time
3. Maintain log of inventory
4. Demonstrate proficiency in the repair and maintenance of all building office appliances and electrical equipment (High Side and Low Side Electrical Works)
5. Ensuring proper and safe functioning and maintenance of Transformers, Electrical panels, DG Sets, Bus bars and others
6. Ensuring regular servicing of appliances like Air Conditioners, fans, lights, Sensors, Batteries and other equipment.
7. Running errands for office maintenance and operations, including purchase of important items, etc.
8. Managing and assisting the Special Projects Team, Security as well as the Supervisor/Assistant technician on various tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
