We are seeking a HR Executive who works with multiple process usually in a food manufacturing or food process industry in geographic area. They should research and identify potential customers, contact them through various channels, and present the value proposition of their products or services. They also build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influences, and stakeholders, and handle any objections or issues that may arise. A business development executive is expected to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals, as well as track and report on their activities and results. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Design and run employee training and development programs. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information. Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations. Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll. Develop employee recognition and rewards programs. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees. Negotiate and manage labour contracts and collective bargaining agreements. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Need young and energetic candidate with an experience of min 1 to 2 years maximum in the food industry (Mandatory).
