Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to support our factory operations by ensuring uninterrupted electrical maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery, power systems, and plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance of electrical panels, motors, and industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in production lines and plant equipment.
• Ensure proper installation of new machines and electrical systems.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and keep accurate maintenance logs.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth operation.

Desired Skills & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing / factory environment (preferably building material or industrial production).
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, industrial panels, motors, and PLC basics.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Awareness of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
